The Nashville Filmmakers Guild is partnering with Dare to Fail Film Challenge to provide a cohort of filmmakers with the tools they need to create a 1-minute micro-short film and the opportunity to showcase their creation after a comprehensive four-week course. Experienced filmmakers Sarah Haas and JR Robles bring their skills together to guide students through the process from concept, screenwriting, and prep all the way to the production and the edit. It's a series of classes that require commitment, but that gives back to each person the tools, encouragement, and positive feedback to ensure you finish what you start and have an audience to clap for you when you achieve the goal.
This workshop is for filmmakers of all backgrounds and anyone who has ever struggled to finish a project. This hands-on class will have homework and optional teamwork. If you're looking for community, support, and feedback while you learn, this is for you.
